I ordered a belt off you guys and when it came, i was unable to unscrew one of the screws which then didnt let me put my buckle on it. I was hoping i could get issued a refund or the same belt sent to me again because i literally can not unscrew it and ive had multiple people try and help me and i just couldn’t at all. it just would not come off and ive had a previous belt, the same model and everything just a size 34 and this one looks different as well, you notice around the screws theres no “california boot” as well as the size of the belt on it.
